Programme Management
Programme Management is the coordinated management of a portfolio of projects which changes organisations to achieve benefits that are of strategic importance. Stapleton International's programme management expertise is the key link between strategic corporate objectives and project level activity and aligns business activities with change management.
Construction Management
Stapleton International specialises in providing construction management services and consultation for all phases of a project. Our construction managers have extensive expertise which enables them to direct, support and coordinate all aspects of a project regardless of size. Stapleton International construction managers are proficient in overseeing and directing both internal company support work and third party subcontractors to ensure that safety, budget, schedule and quality standards are met.
Contractor Management
Stapleton International has developed a methodology for contractor management which assists all personnel who are involved with the management of contractor organisations on behalf of their employers. It provides definition of the best practices to be adopted, together with practical check lists and advice to enable those managing contractors to address safety, work management and cost effectiveness in a holistic approach.
Project Turnaround
While project management is used most cost-effectively before problems arise, it is also used to regain control after serious problems have caused delays or cost overruns. When retained under these circumstances, Stapleton assembles a team that can most expediently address critical needs.
Stapleton's turnaround team designs new schedules, creates new plans, and implements procedures to get the project back on track. In addition, Stapleton's experience in construction claims means our turnaround team can mitigate and resolve claims, without impeding newly established project schedules.
Commissioning Management
Commissioning is a critical part of successfully taking a project from inception to completion. Stapleton International's personnel have a unique blend of construction, installation, operation and maintenance experience which puts them in a unique position with regard to the commissioning of all projects. This includes active involvement in supervising final cleaning processes, pressure testing, equipment testing, cold and hot loop checking and the like, etc, leading to the early delivery of a fully operational project.
