Contract Advice
Risk is inherent in every project, large or small, simple or complex. All forms of contract have their benefits and drawbacks, we advise on the most appropriate form to fit your needs whether it be, re-measurement, cost reimbursable, target cost, fixed price or lump sum which is then coupled with the extent of engagement of the parties which can range from full turn key to construction only.
